Growth in Numbers & Programs

Growth! Starting from 1 kid in Summer 2014 and progressing to over 20 kids just over one year later has been an awarding experience. The Academy at the moment is almost at maximum capacity. At the moment, as I have mentioned to parents over the past year that the Academy will evolve and programs will be created to help aid their development. I am very excited to announce that a new partnership that I have been personally planning since 2008 has been established with my Trinity Western University's Strength & Conditioning Professor Andrew Heming. Andrew Heming will direct and lead the off-season program (June - August) while maintenance will continue throughout the year through myself. The program will run a series of 10-12 weeks with frequency of 3 times per week. "Maintenance" is kept up roughly 1 - 2 times per week for the entire year. Details regarding the location will be announced shortly.

I highly recommend this program for players who want to make the game of soccer their first priority, along with their school grades. We want to create players who are fast (quick acceleration), powerful, and agile BUT are also biomechincaly correct in every movement pattern. Working with a specialist like Andrew will establish a new outlook and attitude towards the game. This includes a player's nutrition and sleep habits. The Academy is aiming to support 4 players at the moment but will re-look if two groups can be established. The deadline for sign up will be Spring 2016, however I am taking verbal commitments now.
If you have any questions regarding the program outline or specific questions please call or e-mail me.
