5 Year Strategic Plan
Premier Academy was founded in 2014 and over the past decade the Academy has established itself as a safe environment that allows players to develop and professionally engage with the sport of soccer. We can proudly say the majority of our players attain one tier higher per year on average as they grow with our program.
Below is our new vision of the Academy as we move through 2022 to 2026.
2022
Hire a full-time Strength Coach
Hire a full-time SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness Coach)
Adopting new professional software to aid the coaching staff with player feedback & reports regarding each player’s development. From ages 12 to 19 only.
Finalize our NFYSA District Associate Membership. NFYSA (North Fraser Youth Soccer Association)
Each training week will have a on-field professional sports physiotherapist, as well a on-field Kinesiologist attending training sessions
On-Field Technology – Using our VEO Software on a new Apple IPAD Pro to educate players
Travel Games: Okanagan, Victoria, & Washington State (Only if COVID-19 restrictions allow)
Annual Awards Dinner, Summer Graduation Party, and Christmas Party on our restaurant partner – Coming Spring 2022
Announce our Club Partnership
Host a large fund raiser to assist with futsal infrastracture
Begin the process to officially partner with a professional
Club in Europe
Establish a coaching internship program and hire our first candidate

Striving towards female equity within the Academy. Wanting to achieve 50% Academy athletes to be of the female gender by the end of 2023
Host a fundraiser for our private outdoor training facility
First year of our annual Grad Trip to Gothia Cup in Sweden and Dana Cup in Denmark (Invite Only) in July 2023
Send lightly used and new soccer equipment to Africa
Solidify a new Sponsor
Finalize our partnership with a professional football club in Europe
2024
Slowly transition into our Team new format and Supplement Academy format
Begin the process to inquire a second professional football club in Europe to partner with
Transition an African Soccer Organization to Premier Soccer Academy
Summer 2024 – potentially transition our training into a new outdoor facility
2025
Complete our vision on inquiring about owning a Transportation Travel Bus
Establish our own international student-athlete program
Begin the process to inquiry regarding partnering with our third professional soccer club in Europe
2026
Complete the process of training our first coach intern
Academy will offer significant student-athlete training scholarships for players that check off all the qualities the coaching staff are seeking
